Terms of Service for Julius AI Affiliate Marketing Program

Welcome to the Julius AI Affiliate Marketing Program! By joining our program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement is designed to ensure a fair and productive relationship between Julius AI and its affiliates.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Agree to use ethical marketing practices and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Located outside the countries of Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, and several other countries in the Southeast Asia region. Currently, we are not able to support affiliates based in this geographical area. Our apologies, and we hope to change this soon!

Commissions and Payments

• Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales that are directly referred to Julius AI through their unique affiliate link.
• Commission rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Payments will be made every two weeks, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold.

Use of Marketing Materials

• Julius AI will provide affiliates with a variety of marketing materials. Affiliates are encouraged to use these materials to promote Julius AI.
• Affiliates must not modify or alter the provided marketing materials without prior approval from Julius AI.

Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any deceptive or unethical marketing practices.
• Affiliates may not create or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Important Note: All distribution channels are accepted other than Google Ads. This violates our affiliate policy, and if you run paid Google Ads to your Rewardful link, then we will deactivate your Rewardful account and void all commissions.

Termination

• Julius AI reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time without prior notice, especially in the case of any violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be forfeited.

Modification of Terms

• Julius AI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and will be bound by the revised terms.
  

By joining the Julius AI Affiliate Marketing Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
